Spanish is the second most important language for international communication. It takes second place right behind English as the most learned foreign language and places third on the list of most used languages on the internet. Experts estimate that 10% of the world's population will speak Spanish in 2050. The Spanish department at the LLC offers a number of language learning opportunities for both everyday and academic use. Our program was developed as part of the internationalisation strategy of the LUH (PDF) and the goals of the LLC. Think globally, speak Spanish!
