the courses (A1-B2) are now open, the lottery is on Friday 18 April at 12 noon. Please take the Spanish placement test in Stud.IP before registering if you already have previous knowledge of Spanish.

Please search for the appropriate courses using the search window in Stud.IP (e.g. SP1 for courses with no previous knowledge, SP2 from A1 level, SP3 for courses from A2,...). Apart from the courses shown there, we do not offer any additional courses.

The placement tests for English and Spanish in Stud.IP are now available again. ELSA has found a solution. Thank you for your patience. You can also find our language courses in the university course catalogue. You can also find courses in Stud.IP by entering ‘DE3’ for German courses at B1 level or ‘EN5’ for English courses at C1 level, for example.

Please take account of the regulation for the registration of courses during the semester under "DISTRIBUTION OF PLACES" down below on this page!

You can also use our sample test to familiarize yourself with the test format. If you feel that the placement test result does not accurately reflect your language skills, please contact us for a consultation or test retake before you join a course that you cannot follow or in which you do not feel comfortable.
