Objection to Examination Grade

This objection must be voiced in writing within four weeks after the announcement of your written examination grade. Please note, due to legal reasons, an objection may not be received via email or phone.

Your decision of objection must have a distinct reason. Statements such as 'I need a DSH-2 until next week,' or 'All parts have been graded too harshly' will not suffice to grant a new grading of your examination.

If you shall not agree with your grade, you must follow these steps:

• Book an inspection of your grade.
• During the inspection, take distinct handwritten notes concerning each task that has been graded wrongly in your opinion. You may copy your solutions as well as the suggested solutions.
• Copies, photos or scans of examination documents are prohibited!
• Formulate a distinct decision of objection and send it to us via mail or fax. You may type your decision of objection on a computer, but it must be signed by hand to be legally binding. If you fail to sign your decision of objection, it will not be processed.
